ATO Consults on Legal Professional Privilege Protocol

The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) has launched a public consultation on a Legal Professional Privilege Protocol. The protocol has been developed to assist taxpayers and advisors when making legal professional privilege (LLP) claims.
