Albania and Moldova Hold Second Round of SSA Negotiations

Moldova's National Office of Social Insurance has announced that the second round of negotiations for a social security agreement with Albania was held from 21 to 23 April 2026. Any resulting agreement would be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
