Algeria Provides Deadline Extension for 2025 Tax Returns and Transfer Pricing Declaration

Algeria's General Directorate of Taxes (DGI) has announced an extension of the deadline for filing annual tax returns for the 2025 financial year. Normally due by 30 April of the following year, the deadline for the 2025 corporate income tax return is extended to 30 June 2026. The same extension applies for the electronic submission of the annual transfer pricing declaration. Lastly, the deadline for the 2025 personal income tax return is extended to 30 July 2026.
