Amending Protocol to Tax Treaty between Kazakhstan and Norway to be Signed

Kazakhstan has published Government Decree No. 667 of 29 July 2026 in the Official Gazette, which approves the signing of an amending protocol to the 2001 income and capital tax treaty with Norway. The protocol will be the first to amend the treaty and must be signed and ratified before entering into force.
