Anti-abuse rule on taxation of convertible bonds adopted

On 12 June 2008, the Danish parliament adopted the bill (L 181) introducing a new anti-abuse rule regarding the tax treatment of convertible bonds. No amendments were made to the original bill concerning the anti-abuse rule on taxation of convertible bonds.
