Argentina Ratifies Pending Social Security Agreement with Switzerland

Argentina published Law 27816 in the Official Gazette on 17 July 2026, which provides for the ratification of the pending social security agreement with Switzerland. The agreement, signed 27 May 2024, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force on the first day of the third month after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
