Aruba, Barbados and Bermuda Removed from EU Non-Cooperative List

The European Council on 17 May 2019 decided as expected to remove Aruba, Barbados and Bermuda from the EU black list of uncooperative jurisdictions (see {News-2019-05-14/P/2-here} for earlier coverage).
