Austria Updates List of Participating and Reportable Jurisdictions for the Automatic Exchange of Finance Account Information Under CRS

Austria published an Ordinance of the Ministry of Finance on 20 March 2026 that contains updated lists of participating and reportable jurisdictions for the automatic exchange of financial account information under the Common Reporting Standard (CRS). The Ordinance (lists) enters into force on 1 May 2026, replacing the Ordinance (lists) published in April 2025.
