Bahamas Competent Authority Provides Grace Period for 2025 FATCA and CRS Reports and Announces Bulk Registration Facility

The Bahamas Competent Authority has issued a notice on the FATCA and Common Reporting Standard (CRS) reporting deadline for the 2025 reporting period. The notice confirms that the statutory deadline for 2025 FATCA and CRS reports remains 30 June 2026. However, no administrative penalties will be imposed in respect of 2025 FATCA and CRS reports filed on or before 31 July 2026.
