Bahrain Updates Excise Registration Manual

Bahrain's National Bureau for Revenue (NBR) has published an updated Excise Registration Manual dated 28 July 2026. The manual provides excise payers with guidance on navigating the online excise portal, as well as an overview of the different types of applications that excise payers can submit and the required steps to be followed. This includes procedures for excise registration and deregistration, managing products on the excise goods list, and handling warehouse licenses.
