Belarus National Assembly Approves Pending Tax Treaty with Myanmar

On 24 March 2026, the Belarus House of Representatives (lower house of the National Assembly) approved the draft law for the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with Myanmar, which has also been approved by the Council of the Republic (upper house). The treaty, signed 28 November 2025, is the first of its kind between the two countries.

Taxes Covered

The treaty covers Belarussian tax on income, tax on profits, and income tax on individuals. It covers Myanmar income tax.
