Belgian Pillar 2 Mandate for Authorized Representatives

Belgium's Federal Public Service (SPF) Finance has updated its Pillar 2 guidance page to announce the availability of a new Pillar 2 mandate. The mandate allows a company to formally authorize a professional representative (such as an accounting firm or an independent proxy) to handle their Pillar 2 global minimum tax obligations on their behalf.
