Belgium Allows Extended Application of 6% VAT Rate on Residential Building Demolition and Reconstruction Pending Law's Entry into Force

Belgium's Federal Public Service (SPF) Finance has issued a release on the application of the 6% VAT rate for residential building demolition and reconstruction.
