Belgium Individual Income Tax Brackets for 2019

Belgium's Ministry of Finance has published the individual income tax brackets and rates for the 2019 tax year (2020 assessment year). The standard brackets and rates are as follows:

• up to EUR - 13,250 - 25%
• over EUR 13,250 up to 23,390 - 40%
• over 23,390 up to 40,480 - 45%
• over EUR 40,480 - 50%

The brackets and rates used in calculating the effects of allowances are as follows:

• up to EUR 9,310 - 25%
• over EUR 9, 310 up to 13,250 - 30%
