Belgium Updates Guidance on Beneficial Ownership Register

The Belgian Federal Public Service (SPF) Finance recently updated its guidance page (French language) on the ultimate beneficial ownership (UBO) register, including an updated FAQ document as well as specific user manuals for the UBO application.
