Bolivia Provides Incentives for Investment

Bolivia published Supreme Decree No. 5563 in the Official Gazette on 2 March 2026, which introduces certain incentives for investment. This includes a withholding tax reduction on dividends/profits paid to non-resident shareholders if a portion of the dividends/profits is reinvested in the relevant business operation in Bolivia, including in companies domiciled in Bolivia.
