Bosnia and Herzegovina and Iceland Negotiating Tax Treaty

According to a release from Bosnia and Herzegovina's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, officials from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Iceland met on 18 February 2026 to discuss bilateral relations. The release notes, among other things, that activities have begun for the negotiation of an income tax treaty. Any resulting treaty would be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
