Brussels mandates B2G e-invoicing as of November 2020

From 1 November 2020, suppliers to contracting entities in the Brussels Region must send invoices electronically. The e-invoices must be delivered in either directly via the governmental Mercurius platform or the Peppol Network.

Circular Letter No. 2020042332 stipulates the following exceptions from the obligation:
