Bulgarian Supreme Court Rules on Criminal Liability of Individuals for Corporate Tax Evasion

Bulgaria's Supreme Court of Cassation recently issued an interpretative ruling concerning the treatment of tax evasion as a criminal offense when involving corporate taxpayers.
