CTC e-invoicing model published for public consultations

The draft law with proposed changes to the existing VAT regulations is now available on the Official Bulletin of the Polish Government. The goal of the MF is that all invoices will be exchanged via the single country-wide CTC platform KSeF (Krajowy System e-Faktur). All invoices will have to be issued in a single structured format prescribed by the government.
