Cameroon Finance Law for 2021 Published

Cameroon has published Law No. 2020/0183 of 17 December 2020 - the Finance Law for 2021. The main tax measures of the law are summarized as follows:

• Support is introduced for certain industries/sectors, including:
  • a reduced 5% customs duty rate and a VAT exemption for the import of capital goods for the pharmaceutical industry;
  • an exemption from customs duties and taxes for the import of drugs and inputs for the pharmaceutical industry (specific list to be issued);
