Canada Launches Consultation on Federal Carbon Pricing System

On 15 January 2018, the Canadian government announced a consultation on draft legislative proposals relating to the proposed federal carbon pricing system, as well as a regulatory framework describing the proposed federal approach to carbon pricing for large industrial facilities.
