The Canada Revenue Agency has published an overview of Changes to the Voluntary Disclosures (VDP) Program coming into effect on 1 October 2025. The VDP applies to disclosures relating to income tax, GST/HST, withholding taxes, excise duties and taxes, fuel charge, luxury tax, underused housing tax, digital services tax, global minimum tax, air travellers security charge, and softwood lumber export charge.
