Cape Verde Signs Multilateral Agreement on Exchange of CbC Reports

According to an update from the OECD, Cape Verde signed the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on the Exchange of Country-by-Country Reports (CbC MCAA) on 9 April 2025. According to the latest available information from the OECD, Cape Verde has a framework for CbC reporting but has not set an effective date for the first reporting fiscal year. Considering Cape Verde's signing of the CbC MCAA, it is expected that the effective date will be set in the near future.
