Chile Sets Daily Interest Rate for Late Tax Payments

Chile's Internal Revenue Service (SII) has published Resolution No. 133 of 26 December 2024, which sets the daily interest rate for late tax payments considering recent amendments made by the Law on Compliance with Tax Obligations (Law No. 21.713).
