Chilean Tax Authority Confirms the UAE Does Not Have a Preferential Tax Regime

The Chilean tax authority (Servicio de Impuestos Internos - SII) has issued Resolution No. 61 of 8 May 2025, which is in response to a taxpayer request dated 31 December 2024 on whether or not the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is considered to have a preferential tax regime.
