Chilean Tax Authority Finds Singapore Does Not Have a Preferential Tax Regime

The Chilean tax authority (Servicio de Impuestos Internos - SII) has issued Resolution No. 48 of 15 April 2024, which concerns whether or not Singapore is considered to have a preferential tax regime.
