China Clarifies Application and Requirements for Incentives for High and New Technology Enterprises

The China State Administration of Taxation has published Notice No. 24 of 16 June 2017, which clarifies the application and requirements for the incentives for high and new technology enterprises (HNTE) ({News-2016-02-19/A/3-previous coverage}). The first part of the notice clarifies that:
