China and Russia Sign MoU on Tax Cooperation

Russia's Federal Tax Service has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on tax cooperation with China on 21 April 2026. The MoU establishes a framework for cooperation between the Russian and Chinese tax authorities focused on sharing digital transformation experiences, conducting joint training programs, and coordinating international efforts, particularly within the BRICS framework.
