Colombian Constitutional Court Suspends Second Installment of Wealth Tax for Certain Taxpayers

Colombia's Constitutional Court had issued a press release dated 29 April 2026 concerning certain recent orders, including Order A-533/26, which suspended the second installment of the emergency wealth tax for disaster relief for certain taxpayers.
