Court of Justice of the EU Sets Aside General Court's Annulment of Commission State Aid Decision on Belgium Tax Rulings

The Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) issued a judgment on 16 September 2021 in Case C-337/19 P, Commission v Belgium and Magnetrol International NV. The CJEU judgment sets aside a February 2019 decision of the General Court that had annulled a January 2016 decision of the European Commission regarding illegal State aid.
