Croatia and the United States Sign Amending Protocol to Pending Tax Treaty

The U.S. Department of the Treasury has issued a release announcing the signing of an amending protocol to the pending income tax treaty with Croatia on 28 April 2026. The treaty, signed 7 December 2022, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged.
