Cyprus Council of Ministers Authorizes Signing of Amending Protocol to Tax Treaty with Sweden

Cyprus published a decision of the Council of Ministers in the Official Gazette on 24 April 2026 that approves and authorizes the signing of an amending protocol to the 1988 income tax treaty with Sweden. The protocol will be the first to amend the treaty and must be signed and ratified before entering into force.
