Draft Bill for Public CbC Reporting in Luxembourg

On 24 February 2023, the Luxembourg government submitted Bill 8158 in parliament for the introduction of public Country-by-Country (CbC) reporting as required by Directive (EU) 2021/2101 ( previous coverage).
