Draft Bill for Public Country-by-Country Reporting Submitted in Dutch House of Representatives

A draft bill was submitted in the Dutch House of Representatives (lower house of parliament) on 1 July 2022 for the implementation of Council Directive (EU) 2021/2101, amending Directive 2013/34/EU for the introduction of the new public Country-by-Country (CbC) reporting requirements.
