Dutch Tax Treaty Negotiation Plans for 2018

The Dutch Ministry of Finance has announced its tax treaty negotiation plans for 2018. The plans include the start of tax treaty negotiations with:

• Australia - would revise or replace the current 1976 tax treaty;
• Austria - would revise or replace the current 1970 tax treaty;
• Colombia - would be the first of its kind;
• Costa Rica - would be the first of its kind;
