EFTA Court Restricts Access to Beneficial Ownership Information

The European Free Trade Association (EFTA) Court on 7 May 2025 issued its judgment in Joined Cases E-1/24 and E-7/24, which were referred to it by the Administrative Court of Liechtenstein.

The cases concern the scope of access to information filed under the ultimate beneficial owner regulations.
