EU Adds Turks and Caicos Islands and Vietnam as Non-Cooperative, Removes Fiji, Samoa, and Trinidad and Tobago

During its meeting on 17 February 2026, the European Economic and Financial Affairs Council decided to add the Turks and Caicos Islands and Vietnam to the EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes, while Fiji, Samoa, and Trinidad and Tobago were removed.
