EU Council Agrees on Draft Directive on Dispute Resolution with Certain Compromises

The Council of the EU has announced that agreement has been reached on a new system for resolving double taxation disputes within the EU during a 23 May 2017 meeting of the Economic and Financial Affairs Council (ECOFIN).
