EU General Court Annuls Commission State Aid Decision on Poland's Retail Sales Tax

The General Court of the European Union has published a release summarizing its 16 May 2019 judgment to annul a 2017 decision of the European Commission, which found that Poland's retail sales tax was in breach of EU State aid rules ({News-2017-07-03/A/5-previous coverage}).
