The Council conclusions on the revised EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes (C/2026/1465) were published in the Official Journal of the EU on 6 March 2026. As previously reported, the revised list was adopted on 17 February 2026, including the addition of the Turks and Caicos Islands and Vietnam to the list, as well as the removal of Fiji, Samoa, and Trinidad and Tobago.
