Ecuador Amends Rules on Transfer Pricing Profit Level Indicators and Bananas

Ecuador has published Resolution No. NAC-DGERCGC20-00000046 of 1 July 2020, which amends certain prior resolutions on transfer pricing matters. The main amendments that apply more generally are made to Resolution No. NAC-DGERCGC16-00000532 of 2016 in regard to the calculation of profit level indicators, which includes that taxpayers must use financial information from comparable companies available at the closing of the accounting year.
