Ecuador Corporate Taxation Changes for 2015

On 29 December 2014, Ecuador published the Organic Law to Promote Production and to Prevent Tax Fraud in the Official Gazette. The law includes a separate increased tax rate for certain companies, expands taxable income, restricts certain deductions and introduces new tax exemptions.
