The Ecuador Internal Revenue Service (SRI) has issued Resolution No. NAC-DGERCGC19-0000063 setting the standard individual income tax brackets and rates for 2020 as follows:

• up to USD 11,315 - 0%  
• USD 11,315.01 up to 14,416 - 5%  
• USD 14,416.01 up to 18,018 - 10%  
• USD 18,018.01 up to 21,639 - 12%  
• USD 21,639.01 up to 43,268 - 15%  
• USD 43,268.01 up to 64,887 - 20%  
• USD 64,887.01 up to 86,516 - 25%
