Ecuador Issues Coefficients for 2020 Tax Year Presumptive Assessment

Ecuador's Internal Revenue Service (SRI) has issued Resolution No. NAC-DGERCGC22-00000004, which sets out the coefficients for presumptive tax assessments for the 2020 tax year. The coefficients are used in a presumptive tax assessment when a tax return has not been filed, the return or supporting documentation is incomplete, or the taxpayer fails to cooperate with the tax administration during a direct assessment.
