Ecuador Publishes Resolution on VAT refund for Audiovisual, Television, and Film Production Industry

The Ecuador Internal Revenue Service (SRI) has issued Resolution NAC-DGERCGC19-00000036, which was published in the Official Gazette on 12 August 2019. The Resolution sets out the procedures for the 50% refund of value added tax (VAT) provided for the audiovisual, television, and film production industry in connection with the law to promote production, investment, and employment.
