Estonia and Poland Remain Opposed to Global Minimum Tax in the EU

Representatives of the EU Member States failed to reach consensus on the revised compromise text of the Draft Council Directive on ensuring a global minimum level of taxation for multinational groups in the Union, which was discussed in their meeting held on 30 March 2022.
