European Commission Answers Questions on Approach to State Aid Following the Recent Annulment of Decisions and Other Matters

The European parliament has published an answer given by European Commission Executive Vice-President, Margrethe Vestager, in response to a parliamentary question on whether the Commission will alter its rules on illegal state aid following the annulment of major State aid decisions in EU courts involving Amazon and Apple.
