European Commission Approves Ireland's Expanded Digital Games Tax Credit

Ireland/s Department of Finance has announced the European Commission's approval of the expanded Digital Games Tax Credit. As announced in Budget 2026, the 32% credit is being extended to 31 December 2031 and is being enhanced to allow for claims in respect of post-release content work, subject to certain conditions.
