Fiji Enacts 2026-2027 National Budget Legislation

The Parliament of Fiji has approved various legislation for the 2026-2027 Budget, with Act No. 12 of 2026 – 2026-2027 Appropriation Act 2026 approved on 16 July 2026, and the other legislation approved and enacted the following day:

• Act No. 13 of 2026 – Tax Administration (Budget Amendment) Act 2026
• Act No. 14 of 2026 – Income Tax (Budget Amendment) (No. 2) Act 2026
• Act No. 15 of 2026 – Value Added Tax (Budget Amendment) Act 2026
